Impact: Customers using API Callback with mTLS.
Summary:
Skribble will renew the SSL certificates used for our API callback service.
This update specifically affects customers using the mTLS (Mutual TLS) feature to secure their callback endpoints.
Action Required:
If your system validates the Skribble client certificate during callbacks (mTLS), you must update your trust store with the new certificates before the switchover date to avoid possible service interruption.
If you do not use mTLS for callbacks, no action is required.
New Certificate Details:
For technical implementation details, please refer to our documentation on TLS Mutual Authentication.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
