Due to a change in the handling of visual signature image rendering, the displayed quality on the signature images is incorrect. Instead of reflecting the real quality chosen by users, it consistently shows “SES” (simple electronic signature).
Please note that despite this visual discrepancy, the signature itself is using the correct quality, and all signed documents remain legally valid as per the user’s chosen quality.
Our quality assurance team is actively investigating the matter to prevent such bugs from occurring in future production releases.
