    We are performing a planned migration of our subscription and billing system to improve reliability and simplify future operations.

    What’s happening

    • Thursday evening: We will deploy our new checkout powered by our new billing system.

    • Friday: Migration of existing customer subscriptions.

    Customer impact

    • During an 8–10 hour window on Friday, existing customers will temporarily be unable to modify their subscriptions, including:

      • Upgrading or downgrading plans

      • Adding or removing seats

    • New signups are not expected to be affected.

    What to expect

    • No data loss is expected.

    • A small number of customers may experience delays or require manual follow-up after the migration.

    • Our engineering and support teams will be actively monitoring the process throughout Friday.
